About Me
Hello, I'm Elizabeth Cleavall, founder of Coastal Phoenix Counseling & Coaching. I live in Flagler Beach, Florida.
Life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. For more than 19 years, I have helped adults, adolescents, children, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and other emotional challenges with compassion and practical support.
My professional experience includes 16 years as a School Adjustment Counselor working with at-risk adolescents in Massachusetts, followed by three years providing trauma-informed mental health counseling in Florida to adults, adolescents, children, and families through school-based, in-home, and outpatient nonprofit settings.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
At Coastal Phoenix Counseling & Coaching, my mission is to provide a supportive space where individuals can gain clarity, build coping skills, navigate life transitions, and rediscover their inner strength. Whether you are seeking personal growth, recovery support, or guidance through a challenging season of life, I am committed to helping you rise, heal, and begin again.
